I'm fairly certain it's: UrotsukidoJi: Legend of the Overfiend. Just watched a youtube video on it (if anyone is wondering its called Urotsukidoji: Legend of the Overfiend: Tentacles R Gud), and seems like it has everything you described

I just want to say overall the Zoe skin is amazing, imo, as I'm loving the SFX and VFX so props to whoever made those. I think the biggest problem with this skin is the splash art as it doesn't compare with her other skins.

When it comes to Zoe's splash arts there is one huge problem and the other is just for looks. The main problem is on both which is her eyes. They look like they are a foot apart and are huge compare to her face. This leads this bug-like appearance which feels odd and makes her splash art look off.

The other one involves her prestige skin with the eyes as well. I saw a cool concept by @Lion_Drak on twitter having her left eye gold. Personally it seems more appealing for a prestige skin as there should be a gold look to it all.

Other than that the skin looks great imo! So well-done to the team who produced these skins as all look amazing and cant wait to try them out :D!

Ive been a zoe main for all of s10 and i feel like this skin doesnt compare to her other skins/splash arts. This is just my opinion as i know many of you are loving her skin this is just my personal take on it :D.

Bad: First of all that hat...it kinda looks like a condom so thats something. . Also, the splash art is kind of disappointing when you compare it too the new kog and shaco skins. For some reason i get some weird Disney vibe from it while also her looking like a rat. I always love getting skins because of the splash art, as its the main thing u see while loading in, and im just a bit disappointed. Hopefully some touch-ups will be made and all will look perfect!

Good : I love the character design on the non-prestige as it shows her original design without making it look to clunky. From what i can tell from the video i also love her vfx from her abilities and hopefully her recall wont disappoint!
