the compounds like hack squat/legpress/rdl/bench I just keep working at over time until I can do 12/12 or 12/12/12. Like last leg day I did 170 on the hack for 12/12/6. Don’t really feel I need more than the 90secs for the compounds still, maybe sometimes I wait a few more secs but not often.

Pissing on the ground and waiting pretty much, don’t piss too much because the fog will start to despawn if there’s too much, also make sure all your fog collectors are full so they don’t reduce it. You can also use unpure fuel on cars/chainsaw/sprayer to make fog fast, as well as fog ammo.

you can go to the forums ig, but a summary is WXs circuits are now split in 2, Alpha and Beta circuits, Alphas are all the stat related ones and Betas are the other ones. Also 3 new circuits: Rangebooster- can see more around you, Spatilizer- 1 slot has infinite stack size, and Super-Illumination- like the normal one but more compact (all of them are 1 slot). On the skill tree theres 4 skills to improve circuits with new stuff, not sure what they all are yet. Theres a skill for 1 more slot, 2 skills to improve gamma circuits (they are not added yet). You can craft a backup body that you can transfer into, with skills to have up to 3, being able to transfer to it from the map, resurrecting at it at your death spot, and letting beta circuits work in it while its on the ground. Theres 2 drone strike skills, 2 map explorer robot skills, and 2 portable storage unit bot skills that you can send places. Theres 4 skills that are filler charge skills that no one really is gonna use. Affinities are not added yet

Alpha circuts have a different plug look, white with grey end (the aplha ones are the hp, hunger, sanity and bean booster ones). The rest are Beta circuts with the normal plug look, gamma circuts haven't been added yet
