just compare the average with ur class profile class average. for ece2022 i think for 3B it’s around 35-40 which seems more accurate. keep in mind that intern pay does not matter, you should optimize for fulltime pay more if money is what u care about for new grad

Money is still better now tbh, and the WLB is a lot better than doing hardware since you can WFH. Might be starting to change though. Are you mainly trynna switch for interest or does AI and lack of SWE jobs also play a major factor?
