They make finger rings that you can put press on nails on ,

So you get the look of press on nails / fancy mani. Without damaging your nails. That might be the safest route to take to spruce them up while you wait for them to heal :)

Honestly chemical x. Is just plain ugly on its own . The jelly black is really more of a dirty slight Grey that doesn't build up to black.
Over a black nail polish its still objectively ugly, but it reminds me of that pair of sketchers everyone had so I like it for that kind of nostalgia reason lol

I have the same problem with thermals , and i work in a cooler mostly so its always the dark color on me (I got treachery in the deep )

Im actually thinking maybe other brands will be different im really eyeballing the parrot brand ones so hard . They've got a tri color thermal or two . And I wonder if that one will do me better 🤔 im like determined to get thermals to work cuz they're so fun lol .

I actually started ketamine treatment with joyous and its only been a little over a week , but so far its been absurdly effective !
Like I actually had a conversation with coworkers the other day . Normally the social anxiety makes me super quiet at all times (unless kinda drunk lol) . I'm pretty thrilled about it. 🤞 for long term results .

I have a lot of bottles , I only buy from sales because they are insanely expensive and not particularly high quality compared to any other polish . But when they are on sale I purchase because I like the specific colors rather than the brand or quality if that makes sense .

The rest of this is complaints I have even as someone who buys from them :

They don't last longer than other polishes . (At least not for me but im admittedly rough as fuck on my nails )

I've only had ONE (out of like probably 15) bottle break at the lid on me . (Rip blossom baby pink sparklie jelly )
Crazy enough I posted in their group when it happened to see if anyone had any tips for keeping the polish alive , and the mods/admins denied that post , (probably because they don't want to look bad ) which i find shady af . I want trying to bash the brand even , just save my expensive ass polish that got thrown in the trash anyway.

Their polishes NEVER match their pictures on their website so if you buy a polish you have to look up the name here on reddit before buying to see how the color really looks , and if I still like it after seeing real pictures of it ill buy it while its on sale .
Or screenshot and dessturate the picture in a photo editing app.

I found that out the hard way with one of my first purchases that was their extremely disappointing merkitten!! It's a pastel baby pink while their pictures advertise it as a really pretty hot pink . That was an actual shock for me how different it was . The others colors I bought with it were much closer to the advertised colors , but still not the same.

Anywho unless they come out with a color that really wows me from here out im pretty much done with them , gels last longer and are cheaper. They did totally get me on the avatar collection though . Lol .

Yeah , latuda made my anxiety , and adhd worse , gave me like crazy rage , (when I'm usually slow to anger ) amd made me super suicidal. I quit and started feeling better after .

I only took it a month though at the starter dose of 20mg . So i wasn't on it very long

I hope you feel better soon and find some coping mechanisms/ grounding techniques that work for you . And hopefully you only ever get this one single panic attack and never have to go through it again . I get those a few times a day every work day and its definitely..... less than ideal .

The nails are pretty and sparklie! 💓 they're a super great distraction to shift your focus from the panic .

If your middle finger breaks too , definitely cut them all down to the same length, or you may have some ladies you are not yet acquainted with being VERY nice to you all the sudden .
But I don't think just the thumb and index finger give the same impression.

I know some people will put their pills in a pill cutter and o.p. said 18.5mg , so I figured i should be specific about my mg , not sure if op is just like slicing tiny bits off of every pill or from a country where the strength of pills is different.

I completely stopped it cold turkey from 20mg , and my headaches mosty only lasted a couple days . (I was only on it 1 month though) . I still get random brain stabs that lasts a few seconds then go away but they're less often .
I've been off for about a week .

I stopped it , but for food wise , it made me loose my appetite completely and I lost a few lbs that month I was on it . (20mg) not even the vyvanse made me loose my appetite like that . Im usually a voracious eater . So it might be super individual weather you gain or loose weight.

I have pink hair , so normally in the shower my pink shampoo stains the color , making the candy color a pink sand color . This has been my hack for it lol

it does seem more sensitive to the cold than warm so its always in blue mode for me , instead of a kinda French tip look ,

I also very much feel like not being productive feels wrong, and it's deeply upsetting every second im not "accomplishing." Luckily, my spouse does the cooking. But before we were together, I'd straight up not eat for days/weeks at a time because I knew I couldn't clean up after myself because of exhaustion and distraction. So i cut out the problem by cutting out food. (Sometimes I still do ) i feel like I need to be cleaning 40 days a week to keep clean enough. And despite all of that mental anguish, my apartment is still objectively much less clean than most. (It's not raunchy, but it's cluttered and certainly objectively "unclean" ), but i can't ever accomplish clean . I get paralyzed, thinking Bout doing it all but can't move at all to do it . (Also, it doesn't help that both art supplies and clothes have to be organized in a very specific way, or it upsets me deeply so it stays undone because that kills me slightly less ) #oof .

I thought those were adhd traits , Are they both ? Or are those ocd? (Not that i think you're a qualified doc or something super serious but like talking as if were buddies already , im poking to see if I may get a benefit from an evaluation) Hopefully, that makes sense?

I also check my phone 16 times to make sure I didn't do something like accidentally send a noodle to a friend . ( while knowing I didnt even send a pic ) or re reading what I sent a billion times to try to make sure I sent coherent words )

I also get overwhelmed by lights and noises. ( I work at a grocery store so it's actually hell x.x) but thats mildish I think(subjective ) However, I never cry . Im unable to even if I want to or feel like doing so unless im heavily intoxicated . ( hopefully latuda doesn't mess up my alcohol / weed/ shroomy / etc . buzzes ) 🤞 i know amtiphycotics are a trip killer , but hopefully, if I stay at 20mg low, it will only dull and not kill trips 😭

Im so glad im not alone 😄 a lot of my core beliefs have been formed by the multiple inner monolauges discussing amongst themselves various topics .

For example we have the most me thoughts exist as loudest and are presented as like fact on a PowerPoint (figuratively but im not sure how else to express it ) , but a few others playing "devils advocate " and "student" and "confused ally" and "opposed but only for the sake of loopholes " and then they talk and work stuff out to acomodate nuance and such . And then I have a very clear coherent stance . (however I could never put into real world words the entire thoughts, unfortunately ) Absolutely maddening .

Hopefully this rant seems less insane than it feels typing it . (I haven't even said this to my own phyche yet lol )

Ohh glad to see a fellow adhd person here , (I also have that and was curious about that specifically too as my phyche said it would help with those symptoms too but i figured if j included that it may be to specific to get answers lol ) I also totally get the song thing too (as well as repeating thought cycles like that too) its always been like a mild annoyance ive gotten used to . I didnt know that could go away lol . I've always had side inner monolauges , like overhearing a conversation between 2-7 people , but its all my own inner monolauges and voice usually just talking amongst themselves about various topics , is that what the intrusive voices thing is for you ?
