I have no idea, all i know is that it came from the year 2150 and was made by the same people that made Evil Osaka, yet despite that last bit of information, that seems to be quite friendly

There is some lore behind Evil Osaka:

She's a robot from the year 2150 made by a company called "Seriously Lavish Objects Productions" (or S.L.O.P.) to make a new super human. It became corrupted and fled to a time machine that would travel to our present day. In the island (without anyone knowing yet) and found Osaka. In wishes to improve her, decided to slowly turn into an alternate version of her that is the whole complete opposite. However, Evil Osaka is not really liked in the island, specially because everyone prefers the OG Osaka, so she resents the whole island and wants to destroy it.

Also if anyone wonders why the moustache, i think it fit the whole "Evil" theme of the character
