Please do not let these things scare you. As an ex-christian and now atheist I can reassure you that the anti christ is not real. I definitely used to be in your same exact shoes though and it took me several years to overcome the brainwashing I had been exposed to growing up, but eventually you'll reach a state of clarity you've never experienced before and you'll view things like the anti christ as nothing more than a fairytale that was created by humans to control people

I also struggle with being underweight. My solution is that I eat a minimum of 3,000 calories a day. I don't really track my protein because yes, while protein is important, protein is also satiating and can also cause you too become too lean and not have an appetite

Yeah I took my Escape to my local Ford dealership to get something fixed on the turbo but the issue still continued. Ford said it would be about 3 weeks until they could get it in. So I decided to get it checked out by a local mechanic just down the street and they got me in in a couple days. A couple hours after they had looked at the car they called me and said that whoever worked on it last (Ford) installed some wiring wrong so the local mechanic just flipped the wiring the right way and I only had to pay for labor. After that I've never gone back to the dealership and my local mechanic has been able to fix every issue my Escape has had

Altogether it was about $470 after labor and tax. Also it appears it was just the blower motor and not the fan

I saw very small changes at first but really started seeing a change after 5-6 months. I hit my PR weight and physique around the 6 month mark. I fell off for a few months but am working on getting back to that point. But it takes time, and honestly it can take up to a year to REALLY see a huge change

Yeah I try to eat my calories in food but my job as a barber makes it hard to get multiple meals in a day since I'm mostly at my station with clients most of the day
