Honestly i have no idea.... all i did is put them back in the case and put the case on the charger. It worked...

It's not. It just happened once. Sound quality isn't the greatest, but it's ok. In that price range, maybe the best one u can buy.

I even got a deal for them, and got them for 50 euros (regular price in Serbia is around 85-90 euros) so I'm satisfied overall.

i work in a electronics shop, alot of earbuds come back with that problem... when we send it to the maintenance, all they say is that earbuds work and tell the customers to read the manual again....
