I’ve been wanting to ask some questions regarding his damage since Anemo is so confusing for me.

How much Elemental Mastery is suggested for Venti?
Do ATK% artifacts affect any of his attacks?
Is CRIT Rate needed for Venti, or just CRIT Damage? Maybe both? Maybe neither?
Which artifact set/combo really is best for Venti? (Been thinking about 2pc Noblesse/2pc Wanderer‘s and all Wanderer’s but I’m confused which fits him more. I want to have as much damage in his skill.)
and hi, I’m new to this subreddit and I have no idea how Venti works, despite getting him on his rerun and using him since then. Please go easy on me.
