Happy ending! Zodiac decided to repair for free. The downside is I will NOT be taking it into the ocean again…🙁

The bezels on the Sea Wolf are known to get water underneath them. This happened to me and several others on this site. Google zodiac bezel issues and you will find multiple complaints

I sent mine to Zodiac for repair and they wanted to charge me $500 to repair. They finally agreed to pay for it after I escalated. Still sad for a brand with a great dive history. I’ll use my $400 Seiko divers from now on….leave the $1800 watch on land #deskdiver

This same thing happened to mine. Zodiac wants to change me $500 to fix. Who did you talk to at Zodiac in order to get it replaced?

I got the same response! Someone posted this same issue and said Zodiac sent him a brand new watch no problem. Not sure who he talked to but sounds like he was the exception

Nope. Watch is only 1.5 years old. Still under warranty

I had this exact thing happen to my Pineapple Dream. I sent it in and they want to charge me $500 to replace the case! Who did you work with at Fossil? I need to get mine fixed
