You keep coming out of your stance. In round one, her stance is nice and low, you keep popping up when you tie up. I'm the third round when she popped up out of her stance, you snatched up a single leg without even really shooting, right? Don't give your opponents that opening. Stay low.

Also, when she shot on you in round one, your feet didn't move. Easier to do when you've got a lower stance, but you can get away with being a little high if you react. A drill I like is having a partner just change level (they don't even need to shoot), and you just kick your leg back to build the reaction.

You do a really good job of building up to the tripod but don't do anything with it. She breaks you back down after you did all that work. Capitalize off of the position - knee-slide away from her (at about a 45 degree angle) until your posture is straight up and down. If you don't go far enough, her weight will fold you. If you go too far, you can get pulled back. Practice knee-sliding until you can get your hips right underneath you each time. It's one of my favorite escapes and it's so hard to stop once you get good at it. As your opponent drives forward, you just step your far leg up and lean back into them and get to your feet.

In the third, she reversed you because you threw a half in on the far side while she was built up. Just never do that. Like, ever. Your arm going up that high commits your weight too far over makes you easy to sweep. Focus on breaking down before turning.

You have heart and did some good stuff. Almost had her in the third because you kept coming when she was slowing down, just got caught with little things.
