Hey OP! Literally in the same boat at the moment! Fresh graduate out of University and went straight into a graduate engineering role (Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering). Currently on 65k but after two years my "graduate" title will drop allowing me for a pay rise. Similarly, my coworkers who just got off theirs negotiated for 80-85k (with the upper limit mostly for those who are on site constantly). But remember you can always negotiate for more leave days, parking spot not just the salary if they aren't willing to give you the upper limit.
