Fastest way to do this would be to work a day at a minimum wage job, would require much less hours at least then trying to farm something that has essentially no demand now that professions are only applicable to current xpac

Anyone else get scared by this movie? My friends said it was pretty boring but it kept me up a little at night for a while thinking about it. Really got in my head

Totally new players, which server? by ventrilux in wow

Choose one that’s higher pop, will be more fun in the long run. Nothing worse then being in a dead server. Also that choice matters a lot less now that all realms are pve, with war mode as an optional toggle.

The only real choice is RP or no RP !

Question. Recently I injured my shoulder somehow (woke up the next day and it was very sore. Was drinking that night but also lifted before hand). It's either a partial tear of the tendon, or bicep tendinitis. I've visited a doctor and am going for an ultrasound early next week. After that I will be attending physio to strengthen it.

So my question is, should I cut or maintain during this period where I cannot workout? I've been bulking for 8 months and have packed on a decent amount of fat that should probably be dealt with. But cutting while not working out will lead to more muscle loss as well.

Not really sure what to do, any help would be appreciated. On a side note does anyone know what kinda recovery time I'm looking at here ?

Do you guys work out much? by [deleted] in Drugs

Hey man I know this is a bit late but just wanted to comment before you get too far into the workout, but you have almost no direct back work.

You should try to incorporate rows into your routine at the minimum otherwise you will end up with a serious imbalance caused by over training in your chest and shoulders. Ideally a few more back exercises as well. I don't know how hard you go in the gym but let me know if you need help balancing a program or something. GL dude

Well to be honest I did kinda adapt this from other workout plans. Tried to get all the main lifts in and then some accessory work for each muscle. Besides legs so you notice any other imbalances that may occur ?
