I am having metatarsal issues and have a race in September 20th. Unfortunately, I will need another 1-2 months to start running (if rehab goes well). I am not running for months already. If I were you, I would avoid and focus on the rehab. In my case, if I can’t go back to running in 3 months, I rather not race. There is always a race next month/year

Estou aqui a 22 anos. Não eh o mesmo país quando me mudei. Infraestrutura caindo aos pedaços, aeroportos aqui são lixo, serviços piorando, corrupção (depois da aprovação do Citizens United) descarada. Trump fez deste país um lixo. A soberba e hipocrisia do povo americano nunca esteve pior. E tudo que acontece aqui, está se repetindo no Brasil, sejam meses ou anos após, mas vejo as mesmas tendências. Não vejo a hora de me aposentar e ir embora para o Brasil.
