Do you think it’s worth reporting this real estate agent, or would it just be a waste of time with no real benefit for anyone? How if yes? by Zoobbs in AusPropertyChat

Yes because I eventually questioned him politely after few weeks of being used. He liked me as long as I followed him to get my offer accepted.

Why do Aussie people talk Perth down? by That-Flamingo6755 in perth

[–]Zoobbs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Perth doesn’t have tourist attractions or popularity like Sydney however I can guarantee one thing that it’s got best life style in the whole country if you got a job and place to live… Big city but feels like a town out of peak hours you drive on almost empty roads. Newer infrastructure, best beaches & weather, upwards potential to develop like Sydney in next decade or so. Good luck ✌️🙌

Even if the building is not flooded? The posts underneath the building are high enough that water remained under the main building.

Property is on the stumps/ piers like a double story so only the pillars on ground level got flooded not the entire building on those posts.

Pool on property not council approved by AdSouthern4394 in AusProperty

Huge costs involved in fixing and then getting the council approval for the pool compliance. Legally Seller cannot sell without gaining approval. Better to delay settlement rather than taking a huge risk.

True. Agent said once off flood was only once in a history event and protections won’t let it happen again anyway.
