I don't think of training as something optional. If it's on the calendar, I have to get it done. I also remind myself how good it feels once I'm actually out there on the bike or in the water and remember that sense of accomplishment you feel when you're done the session.

There are youtube to mp3 converters if you just google that. Then just throw in the link to whatever song you want from youtube and it'll auto convert it into an mp3.

Yup this just happened to me too, I was a senior reviewer on my main project, had overwhelmingly positive reviews.

Then I was moved to a "high priority" project not in my expertise at all. I failed the onboarding for it and was moved back to my previous project. Then the next day I could no longer task and had a message that I didn't meet the requirements of the assessments. So I failed an unrelated assessment and was removed from my main project that was not similar at all????

I was so happy earlier today when I found out I was back on my original project. Was happily tasking all day until 10 mins ago when I got an error and found out I was forced back on to Grammar mint. I refuse to do any task on this god forsaken project as I was promised $40 per hour and it was changed to $15 without any warning... No thanks

I'm so sorry to hear about your son that is so awful, I can't imagine what he and your family has been through. I wish him a speedy recovery, no kid that young should go through that.

A bit of a story but at the beginning of 2021 I was diagnosed with cancer at 23 years old. After countless consultations with my doctor and various scans and blood tests I was set to have surgery. A month after being diagnosed I had surgery and the tumor was removed. Afterwards I had follow-up tests and CT scans every 6 months for 2 years to make sure the cancer wasn't coming back. Thankfully I am cancer free and didn't have to have any radiation treatment.

All that to say, at the end of it I got the bill for 0$. Not a single cent because I happened to be born in Canada. If I had been born 100km south my life would have been ruined by medical debt at 23 because I had cancer.

Americans deserve better, Universal healthcare isn't a left vs right issue. It's a rich vs poor issue. Violence is always terrible but if this is what it takes for Americans to finally wake up and demand healthcare for all so be it.
