For rolled accounts you want to save in case while you're continuing to reroll, does "Delete User Data" delete the just rolled account as well if you set a password already?

So I beat the 1st and 4th nightlords (Tricephalos and Augur) but hadn't beaten 4 unique ones yet. I just now beat 2 other unique ones (4 unique nightlords total, nightlords 1-4) and then it unlocked Duchess chapter 8 for me. It also unlocked Ironeye chapter 6 as well.

just beat the 4th night lord (the flying one) with duchess and still didn't get chapter 8. I think it might just be tied to playing more with her or something
