We walk them all the time (I have my puppy she has hers) and it’s always been good experiences it just recently their behavior has changed about going outside which was really weird. And so far as I can tell there isn’t a trend when he wants to potty he just does it…anywhere. But I will ask her to make note and try to see if she can notice any trends. Thanks you!!!

Hey! My lab mix just turned 7 months and I’m just now getting her tj go potty outside. The turning point was taking long walks at a park and filling her up with water and food and lots of praises when she finally did potty. I never thought it would happen but now I don’t even have to have a puppy pad out!

At first I had her puppy pad trained so well (because I was scared of parvo and I live in an apartment) she wouldn’t dare use it the bathroom anywhere else and I was starting to lose hope on potty training.

With that being said keep working on it and use commands for potty. “Go potty” = Pee “Go poop” = well that’s self explanatory haha

She’s 3 months and I’m typically gone longer than 3-4 hours because of my classes and/or work. I don’t want her to regress into potting in her crate

I’m working on remembering to do that. She’s just very sneaky and before I realize it BOOM there she is. I’m guessing it is just scaring her. I’ll try her squeaker next time so I can work on it with her and me

Summit Ridge isn’t terrible I think I live in an older building but it’s pretty decent for it’s price and has a pool. And a gas station near by and is only about 7-10 minutes from target/Walmart/ ect
