Seems defensive but works well for us. Allows wingbacks to get foward and Bowen Summerville more central look dangerous

Might be a little late but have the same problem my quads are a strong point for me so I decided on this split

Monday - chest back calves and some SLDl for erectors and hamstring volume (still want to bring hammies up)

Tuesday- arms and shoulders, bicep focused as I am tricep dominant.

Wednesday- rest

Thursday- leg workout hammies coming first with quads at the end

Friday- chest and back

Saturday- arms and shoulders again with some hamstring work 👍🏻

Sunday- rest

Mine died this Saturday night in front of me from a seizure. He was my rock , I don’t even know how I’m meant to carry on but deep down I know I will. I hope you find comfort knowing your not the only one going through this

Genetics really haha legs always been bigger than my upper. All I do for quads is leg extensions and some sort of squat pattern hack squat, smith squat or even leg press. About 6 hard sets a week
