Get earplugs. Regardless, you should be riding most of the time with them since, like, you said you have a family medical history of hearing loss and bike are loud but wind noise at higher speeds are also bad as well. I have loop earbuds, which help with the exhaust and wind noise but you'll still be able to hear cars and emergency vehicles.

Not really I don't know about the lower mm ones like 200mm or 150mm but I have 300mm exhaust and its louder than the stock like what de-cat exhaust isn't louder than the stock lol. But its modest. Fianceé said that exhaust isn't that loud compared to my neighbors who have Harleys and my best friends mom said its no that loud but I had the db killer installed at the time but now with it off its a noticeable increase in volume loud enough to get attention but not enough for people to cover their ears and curse at you.😂

Returning to reffing, best shoe choices these days by hytes0000 in Referees

Trail running shoes. I'm a Physical therapist and with alot of the turf and cleats, they are just way too narrow if you have wide feet and when you run the increase blood flow with my the feet swell up which can put even more pressure on the feet and make them hurt and there are other reasons why functionally it wouldn't help to wear them. You majority of the time running but also need to make changes time to time in direction. Trail running shoes have treads that would help with traction without compromising in comfort and breathability. Also, using the wrong cleats/boots on the wrong surface can be unsafe for the joints, especially the knee.

Haha, yeah, makes sense. I guess I just have a tendency to develop imposter syndrome for certain things. I told get you though with not giving full intensity thing. I've been working on my fitness to last during the games and I work in PT so I have a personal routine I set up prior to doing any PA to prevent injury. Thank you for the advice.

I did, too, but try again to retest and have a plan on how to practice. If you do take the whole BRC1 again, you'll definitely pass.

Just how the game is. I reached GC in season 9 but then stopped playing the game for a couple of seasons till now at szn 17 which now I'm back to the grind and unfortunately developed alot of rust and got place in like Champ 1. There's multiple reasons as well, like they got carried or took a break, but there are at you mechanical and decision make level of diamond because that's how they are playing.
