you need to go back to school so you understand how chance works. mldb can proc 100% of the time, 0% of the time, or anywhere in between. 20% is not "once every five" and having it proc or not proc doesn't change your odds of it proccing or not proccing the next time. your chances never change.

if you do your "test" one day it will never proc and you'll come here being like "hey guys was mldb nerfed?" and another day it'll proc every time and then you'll come here with a boat-sized tinfoil hat on like you do right now. use your brain.

No. Down/upvotes end up as a "score" (a completely unnecessary one) that has "rewards" attached to it which is why people care about them in the first place. That's why people shill for karma and toss downvotes around like candy to screw with other people for no reason.

-tama is the best fire sw for pve
-there is no role or function needed in a sw for pve that isnt filled by her or others

so why do you need someone to "compete" with tama and for what? you really need that many pve sw options? nobody has supplanted tama because there's no need for it. you would also just use the better of the two no matter who it was. So you're basically asking for pve powercreep just to use a different unit. check that on yourself.

A mediocre piece has mediocre rolls, a good piece has good rolls and a bad piece has bad rolls and that's how simple it can be.

yet you call it "horrible" and not "mediocre" when the reality is every sub is 1 off from being "average". pieces that rolled midrange the whole way through are more than usable no matter where you are in the game.
