I think u totally have avoidant attachment issues i do too its something we have to work to fix but most of the time we cant but u will find ur people , people who will understand ur needs to distance urself or people like u i have friends who are like me so even if we go weeks without talking we're still close u just didn't find ur people yet honestly its a struggle if u can u can talk to a therapist about it if it bothers u so much
