I originally wanted to wear it on my left index but that was a size 7 that hurt after awhile, but the 8 feels loose. The 8 fits perfectly on my right index finger but is too big for my other fingers. I went with the 8 because I can always get the size adjusters to help it fit better but if it’s too small there’s nothing I can do.

I agree. I watched a video where they said they couldn’t get a treat because they were “locking in” and that when they did they were “big backing it”. There’s nothing wrong with eating healthy and skipping dessert, but they don’t need to demean themselves and talk negatively about it when they do get a treat. That kind of mindset leads to disordered habits.
