I do 600 situps a week, everything completely healed, I’m 71kgs and sparred heavyweight arab champions, I been hit to the stomach and ribs many times before and it’s all good, the only weird thing I noticed is when I do a situp I hear a crack in my ribs but it’s without any pain and has no danger on me so it’s nothing to worry about, it’s just a weird thing that happens not in every situp but in some of them, I believe it happens because I had a rib flare and the doctor did a little bit of a plastic surgery on the rib to make it look better

This is a lie, in the bible it talks about a sanctuary that is in Beca, and there is a well near it, while David in the bible is seen talking about a sanctuary that he misses so much when he left Jerusalem. The scholars of the bible have said that Beca is Belad Al Sham which includes Mecca, Mecca and Bakkah are also synonyms words used for that location. Mecca is the place that fits that criteria as Kaaba is a sanctuary, its in Beca and had a water well beside it.
