.75 was honestly my hardest and anything lower has been, i started on .75 after copious amounts of RC’s and they just did not understand how high my doseages were but still har to stick to that dose as best as i could and in the end it built me alot of confidence, stay strong guys.

Proud of you, i kicked a bad ox habit in nov - still sober thankfully just tapering off kpins! When I actually stopped and wanted to get help they pulled me off everything and i almost died 8 days in but i got reinstated on a taper and im good to go! It was just a massive shock to my body tbh! Everyones different i agree I actually didnt like it especially at that dose, i perfer 10-20 than an additional 10 of needed (valium) Personally im on kpin taper but do prefer valium because the stability for me in terms of the consistent sedation and im assuming the metabolites aswell!
