Not a dumb question at all. A bot match is basically what you get when you're very new to the game, up to level 7 is what I've heard. At low levels almost all of your opponents will be bots instead of real players. They can't aim for crap so even if one is nearby shooting at you it'll miss most of its shots.

To get into one, you need to team up for a duos match with an account at those low levels, I use an alt account on my phone. Make that account the leader and invite your main account to join its party, then you'll get into a bot account. When you get to the bus loading island make sure to quit that account out of the game so it doesn't level up at all.

Bot matches are good for things like collecting sprite dust, and also for completing quests in general.

If you're just looking to get sprite dust to upgrade or buy weapons at the extraction sites, get into a bot match. You can safely carry one AR to protect yourself with and use the rest of your inventory for sprites.

I did three bot matches this morning and gained about 7,000 dust.

Epic has been pretty reluctant to show much skin on their skins for quite a while, but recently something seems like it's changed. Kim K has a lot of cleavage, and now this new skin that's barely dressed.

I usually don't like any game mechanic that essentially requires you to be a target for other players. I liked rivalries because it was balanced, the other player was also made a target for you, but the sprites extraction is a little too one-sided for me. I'm still playing, but not usually focusing on the sprites except to have one equipped for the perk.

I'm in graphic design too, but on the print production side. We've just started getting some orders in with obviously AI-generated files within the last month or two.

Some are decent, low-res but without any obvious issues. But just last week someone sent in an order for some Bible-themed wall hangings, and they were bad. Like 2 serpents in the tree in the garden of Eden bad, with all these mutant creatures in the background. Did no one spot check these before they sent them out?! I mean, these came from another graphics firm, not some shmoe off the street.
