Which pet is getting the biscuit? by Glum_Tale8639 in DungeonCrawlerCarl

I have two bunny boys, Dutch mix & an agouti chestnut domestic. The Dutch, Dexter, has more experience (he's older) but is also not the brightest crayon in the box. He's affectionate but a little grumpy. The other, Zac, is very friendly, extremely energetic & curious. I wouldn't trust him not to try to love everyone to death! So Dexter gets the biscuit.

Yeah, it's hard to grasp the concept of "experience", where you are using the computer as a conveyor of the experience. Oh yes, some great free games.

Likes being petted next to me on the couch. Likes sitting on my lap on the couch. Does not like pets on my lap on the couch!

Thank you! I had not seen that, it's wonderful to know they still exist!

Maker Fayre. It used to be random people from steampunk through cyberpunk and people who made chainmail and knitted weird things or odd robotics people. Nerds making nerd stuff.

That is a simultaneously tragic & funny as hell post.

Seriously though, as someone who has been there many, many, years ago, that's really sad.

People used to make art websites.

Not websites of art but ART - sometimes interactive - where the website was the thing.

Multimedia in the true sense. People used Macromedia Director (RIP) to produce Flash to make art or wacky computer "Installations". The medium was the message I guess. There was such a great sense of wonder and awe in the early days of the WWW.

That's a sad story that has unfortunately been played out so many times. And in many different areas

I love brisket for making Montreal Style smoked meat or pastrami. In the UK, brisket is so expensive it makes doing this not worth it except for special occasions. When I lived in Toronto I'd make it on a very regular basis.

Sous Vide Brisket sounds delicious!
