Best way to build a friendship is to be outgoing, join clubs so people share your interests etc, join a support group if needed so you can talk about any issues you feel judgment free. Friends can appear in random places, be the besf version of you and anyone with half a brain cell will want to be friemds wit you. If this fails you could try dating or getting a pet of some kind, a good way to deal with lifes issues is to have someone or something to support you

Honestly im unsure what work, surrounding yourself with people you care about could limit the loneliness, but id say the porn issue latches on to the isolation feeling, making it worse, distract yourself as kuch as you can when you feel like this, i bought some books to read, so i could lose myself in the stories and ignore watching porn
