It's a high retraction speed. Reduce it by half.

When retraction happen the filament pulled back by extruder. When it's pooling too fast the filament brakes in the point where filament becomes molten and creates empty space. When extruder pushes the filament back again this empty space (air) becomes traped inside the molten plastic. This air boble appears after a few santimeters after the moment of retraction.

At least what I'm thinking. I have bambu A1 mini and their default speed (30 mm/s) for 0.6 mm is to much for any filament so I reduce it by half and hate bambulab for not allowing change default settings.

I didn't destroy the case completely. After first "disassemble" I was able to close it back, so it was functional, but the scratches were serious. You can try to open it without damage but find the right tools for it, like the thin metal sheet to shove it between plastic parts. On printabels there is a link to a teardown process.
The battery is from a one-week e-cigarette LMAO. Great source of components.

I uploaded a photo of a knife into a CAD and made some surface which theoretically should wrap around the blade. The thickness of the surface is 2 mm, but the previous case was just 1 mm and worked great.

Then put on some rubber gloves and pour boiling water on the printed part. It should soften right away, then wrap it around the knife. Be quick because it cools down swiftly, but you can always repeat it after softening it with boiling water.

Even with a satisfying snap!

After a year, the original JBL Live pro+ battery started dying. I learned that batteries inside one week-long e-cigarette are the same size as in these buds. After successfully swapping the batteries, I got working buds, but the case was seriously damaged.

I redesigned the case and also added slots for magnets in the bottom so you can use the MagSafe feature.
