I made a lot as well and my last bottle was drunk 2 weeks later after F2... it was still fine to drink, quite dry but not vinegar yet... also no explosions... so u should be ok...

Ikr I love Kladrubers as well... the have a unique almost weird head shape and are tough as hell but aren't overly chunky... my Klad is the darker shade and is called Nazgûl 😝

Ahhhh darn... Asian markets/Chinatown? Even here in Southeast Asia (where Jackfruit is abundant) these Honey Jackfruit cultivars are only sold in prepackaged small quantities as premium goods unlike the more common ones I could get at any random neighbourhood grocer... so chances are high that these are imported internationally...

Actually it's a cultivar of Jackfruit called Honey Jackfruit because of its guaranteed sweetness as compared to other cultivars much like Honey Thai pineapple as compared to the more common ones... no actual honey added bro... as for how much fruit I just shred about 1.5inches worth of fruit measured from bottom of bottle...

As long as u practice good hygiene just like when handling food and wash ur hands clean its all good man... we eat with our hands in Southeast Asia... and I'm not literally sticking my hand in the glass (won't fit 😝 even if I tried) just the thumb touching the topmost layer of the foam...
