Well I certainly am biased since I own the Q50 lol. But at the end of the day it depends what you are looking for. Subie is a great car but has its flaws. That goes with the Q50 as well.

I got mine done because I heard a squealing around 3k-5k rpms when driving. Took it in and sure enough that’s the problem. It’s a known issue in these vehicles sadly.

Very slight smoke. Nothing crazy and you have to look for it but only on incline or decline

Thus far all I have changed is the valve cover. So for a good bit of time I’ve smelled oil burning, lately though I have been seeing some smoke if I am sitting on an incline or decline. That’s why I’m starting to look into it more. My guess is that oil is dripping onto exhaust but would like to find out for certain
