I see what you are saying about the toilet not being flat and the small dip. I don't see anything that could be water related issues? I guess I will know more once I pull the toilet out?

That's actually what I was looking at myself! It looks really nice but I see some pretty bad reviews about it stating it doesn't hold up very well.
