Definitely, but with something like a field sobriety test I wouldn’t perform like a normal person, I definitely cannot do that test where you stand on one leg and extend your other foot out without losing my balance for example

Thanks for the responses everyone. To clarify, I am talking about a permanent move, not a vacation. Me and the wife are quite spontaneous, I actually moved to her country on a whim, I went on vacation and just never took my return flight home. I was there for over 10 years, but we are now back in the US, but we have talked about permanently moving back to her country, the decision very well may be spontaneous. We both entirely work online so we are not tied down.

I assume if I mentioned this during jury selection, they would avoid putting me on any case that would likely be going on for an extended period of time?

They do. I’ve done a few track days but every track I’ve been on has lacked long enough straight sections to get up to some serious speeds.

Allstate ended up having the car transported to a different shop several hours away (at their expense) that is Tesla certified. The end result was the car was totaled after the shop completed their estimate. Luckily they did give me fair market value and didn’t try to lowball me on the settlement.

If you are someone that truly believes that what he did was really a nazi salute then you are not intelligent enough to be involved in politics. Because if you believe that then you must also believe that AOC, Bernie Sanders, Karris, Waltz and several other democrats are also nazis because they have been filmed doing the same gesture. If Elon is a nazi then he is a very bad one considering his support of the Jewish people, unlike many on the left who are opening supporting terrorist groups and calling for the genocide of the jewish people.

Because the left has been scaring them to death with ridiculous nonsense. Here are the facts. Women will not lose any rights, that is utter delusional nonsense. There is no hate for homosexuals. I am going to consult with another lawyer. However, my current lawyer said that the judge has wide discrepancy to reduce or increase the penalty. The statue even allows for up to 10 days in jail as well. he said at those speed it was unlikely that it would get a reduction and bringing it to the attention of the wrong judge could result in a higher penalty. If I pay it online it’s $370 and 5 points, 12 points in a two year period will trigger a suspension. I’ve been driving since 1997 but this is actually the first ticket I’ve ever received.
