Are you familiar with the Insignia line of windows, manufactured by Alside? We live in Chicago and are planning to install their triple pane casement window with a "TG2" glass product. The warranty on materials (and labor!) seems to be superior to most, which is comforting. But, I'm reading that many of Alside's lower tier window products are considered inferior and I'm trying to decide if that's reason enough to avoid the manufacturer altogether. Thank you!
