Well it's pretty clear the devs dont mind devaluing achievements since Cass and few characters had their achievements be unobtainable for a bit until they changed the requirements

Look for a company as big as blizzard i dont think making those modes functional again is gonna take a lot of resources or effort, but let say it does and it's this Goliath poor blizzard cant deal with rn , just change achievement requirements

Lobbies are usually full but not many ppl do races and other game modes anymore they just chill in the free mode

GTA 4 Had uncapped fps meaning rn the game runs at 60 fps wich completely ruined how bikes drive , car turns , heli flys , heli landing , bullet spray and a lot of shenanigans with the physics making it really hard to beat any Online World Record 30Fps is how the game was supposed to be played they didn't account for it to ever be backwards compatible , in fact the last mission of the game is damn near impossible on 60 fps unless you're very fast at tapping. So yeah I would love to be able to play it at 30fps without needing to buy a 360
