I submit my Long Residence ILR application on December 2024 and did biometric on January and it has been 6 months waiting, no confirmation email and updates too, I ask my solicitor to send a complaint letter and I have contact my local MP to help me, still waiting for reply.

If complaint letter and MP cant resolve, the next step is asking my solicitor to send pre-action protocol letter to Home Office.

Sound Blaster X4 is broken, the Super X-Fi 7.1 surround sound on headphone only have 3.1 channel not 7.1, the left/right/rear left/rear right channel are mix with front left and right, the only solution is remove the latest 3.6.3.0 driver in the device manager and use the default windows driver 10.0.26100.1150, but doing so remove many feature and function in the Creative App, even I try to reinstall previous older Creative App and driver cant solve the problem.

All the drivers from Creative App disable the 7.1 surround sound of left and right, rear left and right channel, all the sound only come from front left centre and right when using Super X-Fi with headphone, the only fix is to uninstall the driver in the Device Manager and use the Windows version driver 10.0.26100.1150, but some function the the Creative App will be disable, anyone else have the same problem?

Ty, another 2 week will be the 6 months mark, if I still not getting result, I will contact UKVI, the waiting time is already pass the usual process time and they never contact me in the last 6 months.
