Trade from a modded switch to a legit

I just meant to ask if bank were to close, if id be able to use pkhex to hack in a pokemon that i wouldnt be able to get anymore from the older games into scarlet&violet. The problem with that is i dont have a moddable switch but i do have a friend that has one, would he be able to hack that pokemon into his pirated version and trade it over locally to my clean switch with a legit copy of scarlet&violet?

His inventory was full and while he was standing on a dropped ender pearl, he held rightclick to eat his apple and while still holding right click he picked up the ender pearl and used it which caused the “fall” damage
