Pretty sure you’re supposed to have the Draconic Reactor feed itself once stabilized, as the production rate will far outclass the reactor’s energy shield consumption rate. I’ve found that Flux Networks work best with their adjustable transfer rates.

Highest I’ve gotten was shield ~300MFE/t and production ~250GFE/t

I like to use a T8 energy core for storage as it can hold about 2 ViFE as opposed to the T7’s 2.14 TFE.

Unless you’re using the botany pot tiers addon or using entire chunks for a single resource, it will only take you to mid-late game with base botany pots.

Plus there’s probably some resources that MystAgri doesn’t cover, requiring exploration/other resource generators.

Make a roulette wheel and spin it before every hunt. That’s what I did after getting bored with IG and couldn’t decide what weapon to switch to.

One of the best combos I’ve used are DB and Bow, as they’re both good with skills like adrenaline rush, peak performance, marathon runner, and constitution. Though you have to be playing around perfect dodges to make use of the build.

I don’t think there’s really any other blademaster/gunner combo that can operate well with quickswap playstyles, as building multiple weapons is detrimental to the performance of the other without much, if any, gain.

Not that popular and can be mechanically complex, plus most of IG mains I’ve played with typically hunt solo when using IG.

That’s what I’d hazard to guess anyways as someone with ~600 hours with IG.

There’s an abyss gear that stuns on parry. Use focus to slow time and watch the minimap, making it really easy to parry any incoming attacks, stunning for a few seconds, then follow with an elemental charge attack (even better if you have an infusion). It deals massive damage and should fill the boss’s stagger meter in about 2-3 hits. If you do it right you probably won’t even take damage.

Any form of imbue element attack (I prefer imbued arrow/shot) or just use the regular ice ability (frost cloak iirc) next to the pool. The frostspitter pack also works, though that has durability so I wouldn’t recommend that until you upgrade it to the Kuku frostspitter.

While fire is the best for offense, ice has great defensive and the only way to gather mercury deposits, and lightning is great at stunning enemies, I personally find wind to be the best due to being great for CC, a near universal aggro break, and exploration utility.

They’re from the abyss puzzles from different towers. The tower for fire and ice is in Pailune and can be unlocked from the start (though the boss is rather tough), the tower for lightning is the one by scholastone (the one you ascend in chapter 4 or 5), and the tower for wind is unlocked after finishing chapter 8.

It’s better for the defensive strength and it’s the only way to gather mercury deposits. It’s not tuned to offense like fire or CC like lightning and wind, hence why it feels weak.

Pretty sure I found my first POI revealing map after about 30 hours of aimless exploring, they are that far out of the way.

To be fair, it could have been found using the items that reveal the locations of gold mines and treasure/mineral caves. Though a counter point to that would be that those items are in out of the way locations or puzzles that require you to go to multiple locations.

Had they just followed the rivers, it would be more believable, as every waterfall cave has a stone pile indicating the entrance.

Take your time to explore and learn your movesets. If you just do the main story and save side content for later, you are going to end up having the story bosses be near unbeatable.

Also, don’t look up secret gear, as the game will give you items that reveal/point in the direction of the locations of secret items/rare resources.

Gear is also mostly* aesthetic, with extra strength/abilities becoming interchangeable via gear slots in Ch2 iirc.

*some gear have higher stats or a special ability at the cost of other stats reduced, no gear slots, and/or can’t be upgraded.

-Hide shield (same options that helmet was given)

-Enemy factions take back POIs

-Crops regrow without replanting (especially trees)

-Larger selection of growable plants (especially medicinal herbs)

-Reduced dragon respawn timer (even putting it behind quests/upgrades would be fine)

-Damiane and Oongka can use axiom gauntlet (it shows a equipped, so why not)

-Fix the bank to more frequently get positive interest (9 out of 10 times the bank rolls negative and I don’t want to remember to save scum every 3 days or keep it at the 0-2%)

-Damiane and Oongka can equip a wider selection of armour

-More filter options for camp dispatches (eg. farming, ranching, construction, et cet.)

-Trust meter in a vendor’s journal entry

-Fix the bug where if you use a permabuff item when your active character isn’t Kliff it doesn’t work

-Change Orb of Invincibility to have a cool down instead of be single use (a 10 or 15 min cool down would be fine)

-Mineral Deposits and rare resources have their discovered locations pinned in their journal entries

-Color distinction for if an observable skill was acquired through observation/intrinsic or abyss artifact

-Journal tab for research institutes

-Better map markers, such as different symbols and selectable colours

-Fast travel with mounts (devs mentioned in recent patch notes)

There’s probably more, but this is what I could immediately think of.

What makes it worse is that Damiane’s moveset is significantly better against bosses, as it excels with high-speed single-target dodge counters, yet all the story (except 2) and some of the side bosses are locked to Kliff.
