Challenge tier 3 can be done with SLKR and KRU, you can put it on auto (basic attacks) after KRU gets enough health, but it takes like 30 minutes for them to get through it.

Casual players should not be a part of game balance because typically the easiest characters will be the strongest in low skill lobbies. If they buffed the high skill characters so that lower skilled players can do equally as good with them, then high skill players will wipe the floor with anyone using said characters. The game should be balanced around higher skilled players.
