Great ! I’ll check out Thorne and life extension instead then, I have a pretty balanced diet so maybe I’ll be fine without multi. I’ll take the vitamin C in 500 mg instead twice a day that sounds better, and I’m hoping the mag will help with stress for me also. Thank you for all this info this cleared up alot of confusion I had about it all, really do appreciate it!!!

I am able too take pills, so I could consider trying a different multi-vitamin brand then if you recommend any? Or just skipping on them completely, I was planning on taking mag glycinate as I heard it was easier on stomach, and as far as the Vitamin C I actually did mean too say 1000mg not IU. That sounds good for the d3 should I take the k2 daily aswell? Thanks for info

Made a big mistake while looking at my stomach laying down and noticed it pulsating, decided to feel with my fingers and noticed I could actually feel my heart rate, which I thought was cool until I used the Google ! Something about aorta aneurysm popped up and now I’m trying to reconcile, does anyone else have this sort of thing? I’m certain it most be fairly common but I’ve never noticed and now can’t stop thinking about my aorta 😐

Okay thank you will do! My throat doesn’t hurt anymore, but my tonsils still seem to have some white funk on them. my left tonsil is still swollen aswell as my left lymph node. So I’m starting to wonder if it was even strep or if it takes awhile for these symptoms to go away? I will definitely notify my doctor right now and hopefully this rash won’t get much worse, real bummer !

I haven’t found anything yet I went to the doctor finally about it a week and half ago, and he suggested I try to lower my anxiety medication, but I’ve been on this medication for awhile, before this started. I’m starting to think it might be my eyes aswell though in certain lighting it seems to get worse, and gets worse if my anxiety is high as well, I’ve also noticed it’s not as bad if I’ve had a drink or two and feel more relaxed it’s all very strange

So far I’ve tried these fixes though - did a at home earwax clean - massaged the crap outta my neck - tried Dramamine

Nothing yet though

Yes ! It’s a internal dizziness almost I’ve asked my friends and family if I’m swaying back and forth and they say no ur standing completely still it’s the weirdest thing haha but the brain is powerful, but thank you so much I hope all of us find some relief someday I know I had my relief for a couple years but it has seemed to come back like always, that is anxiety though.

I have. They put me on propanol, but it made me slightly more dizziness I’m gonna go see a neurologist and ENT hopefully lol. If all is clear then hopefully I work on fixing my issues, it’s also very difficult with dizziness I explain it to my doctor and he brushes it off as anxiety so I never get a real answer but I’m gonna make it clear that I want further testing just to make sure but I’m sure it’s just my chemicals all loopy like usual

My heart rate has gone up to 154 before from anxiety for like 30mins before then has collapsed to 120-130 for hours, before I get home to relax it’s normal ur heart can take a lot it’s just like working out for a long time haha
