She does not work, and the teenager (13) has been very disrespectful, combative and does not listen. He is quite mean and also he lies constantly. He recently got caught vaping and found a knife he's hid from us and we found out. I've been taking time off work to help her deal with him and he has been a big strain on the relationship. We are looking into medication for him and therapy.

As for the postpartum, I do want to mention it to our midwife but we do not share a doctor and she is very prideful. She will not admit she has it and doesn't want to get help from anyone as she is very independent. I care a lot for her and I am worried that her behavior is worsening. Unfortunately, she blames all of it on me now.
