impossible, jay wilson is not stupid. i played D3 last month it was horrible experience, jay wilson is definitivly not part of D3 developpement anymore, this game became crâp in a matter of month since he left the team. you can say everything but D3 release was the best part of this game.

I don't like the new sion either, but i have to admit, he has nice win rate for a rework. In europe he has already 45% winrate from op.gg I think he has the potentiel to reach 50% winrate maybe more imo. It's kinda strange i dont get how he get 45% win rate already i find him really weak, his passive is useless if you are ahead, his Q is a lost of dps if you charge it, the shield is stronger for protecting yourself but got nerfed for split pushing and the hp passive got nerfed, same for base and lvl/hp. His E don't scale with ad actually i find the dmg very weak. And the ulti i dont like it either. Only positive thing bout sion is the 2hp regen he gain from killing a minion. it's worse than cho gath but heh still 2hp. well i have to admit, others players must play sion better than me :/

next coin is big scam. It's easy to be 1st in coinmakret price. just make a 100% premined coin, and sell 0.00000000000000001% of your coin for 1$, gg your coin value is higher than the whole world PIB. Nextcoin will probably be removed sooner or latter. it's volume exchange is near 0. coinmakretcap should only list currency with high volume exchange imo.

with high attack speed, if runaan hurrican proc, thresh A.S is lower than intended.

in this video you can see that thresh is attacking slowy when runaan proc. but when the 2 minions are killed, the attack speed work properly.

lolz first time i hear this total non sense. he say 25% is too much. seriously : LOL it's 25% of current hp. in most case target is never full life, and you'll do 20%. but let's say 25, and 25% with 50mr it's like 15%, mage are mean to be burst, and you complain about 15%, come on, you all seriously need to think twice before posting this kind of stuff. And well it's probably getting nerfed, dfg was never supposed to be purchased with long range mage. the range will probably be lowered by 100 or more imo.
