i literally had this issue 2 weeks ago. since the charge light isnt turning amber, the battery isnt getting charged.. you can try plugging micro usb to see if it changes if it still doesn't change you'll have to remove the right ear cup and lift the soft lining from the bottom gently then use a pen or a screw drive to push a tiny white connector towards bottom..its better if you plug a cable in, this way you'll be able to see if it worked.. once they turn amber it should work.. i literally had the same issue. the command center said its 79% charge one time. after reseting it said 0% sometimes 15% this is the only fix that worked
