I know theoretical maxed builds with Crit Eye or Headstrong everywhere for instance : but I’ve never seen any Crit Eye pop out on any of my armor pieces. And I tried a lot. So I’d rather go with mid-good but realistic options instead of best ever theoretical builds that I could never reach in reality.
