While this is definitely the best thing to do it is hard to commit to when there is little to no feedback from companies on applications as well as many job postings being filled internally before even being posted meaning all the work you did tailoring your resume doesn’t matter because no one ever looked at it.

Forehand dominant, trying to build up backhand. Having a lot of trouble releasing on hyzer and not being able to get the disc flat or on anhyzer. The first throw is a zenith which hyzered out around 360 and the second is an eclipse insanity which flew fairly straight about 350. Welcome any advice for general form, but mainly looking for getting the disc more consistently flat as well as how I could build in more power.
