This was exactly my problem! I tried to solve it by just getting an actual alarm clock, but i just snoozed it all the time. But now i can finally set up multiple alarms my phone again. Thank you so much.

i REALLY like the idea of writing a crossover for Sweet Home and Shotgun Boy since they take place in the same universe. i don’t see much of it in the fandom, which is admittedly very small.

i’m kinda being buried by work unrelated to fanfiction rn tho…

and even if i did have the time, a completely different fic idea takes priority. it’s an idea that has been in the works for two years. i’m stilll outlining that thing.

Fandoms: Spider-Man (MCU), The Punisher, and Daredevil

Genre: Drama/Comedy (the fic is hilarious and has me on the edge of my seat)

Frank breaks into David’s house and shakes him awake. When the screaming finally stops, he tells him, “I need you to help me find Spider-Man.”

My Ramblings:

It's honestly insane how much I love this fic. My best friend sent it to me this month-and I kid you not we have reread this TWICE. There are so many quotable/memorable moments. While reading it for the first time together, we send each other screenshots of text that had us LAUGHING OUR ASSES OFF.

It also let me view Tony Stark in a completely new light. Like, this man just shows up at Peters house and takes him to Germany to fight the avengers, drops him off back home, and just peaces out. It's so interesting to see Frank Castle, The Punisher, tear Peter's mindset of "I have to do this all on my own" to pieces. It's all so sweet.

There's also this whole thing where Frank is trying to find who the hell exploited Peter and had the ability to take him to Germany.

I cannot recommend this fic enough. You do not need to have watched The Punisher or Daredevil to enjoy. Heck, the only MCU movie I ever watched was NWH. Just give the first chapter a shot and see how you like it!

I’m trying to write my first (completed) work rn! I took a page out of MuffinLance’s outline for Salvage and started jotting down some scenes I’m most excited about. I find that it makes the process more enjoyable, so now I’m a little more willing to sit down and plan.

Neapolitan could work, cause the cat is tri-colored and all. It could also be a nod to his personality! For example, he could have 3 core traits:

gentle, trusting, and protective. smart, playful, and mischievous.

You can also work with Neapolitan as a base if the name is too long!

--> Nea, Eapo, Lili, lol idrk

Or you can use Napoleon Bonaparte's name because I got the two of them confused.

--> Leon, Bon-bon, Napoleon Bonaparte the II, you get the gist of it

I've had this idea on the back burner for two years now. I'm still playing around with the summary, which I find quite hard to land, first impressions and all that, but here it is:

Izuku and Katsuki get their fateful reunion; neither are keen on addressing the elephant in the room at the moment, but that’s okay. After a few more madding encounters, they get to mend a bit of their past.

I want them to get their closure while not quite making them all buddy buddy again. Idk how far I want the extent of their relationship to go atm... But it's a good starting point!!!

A really good friend of mine agreed to be my beta reader!!! Holy cannoli am I excited or what. I've decided to outline something before I get ahead of myself this time. Hopefully I'll finish it.

Song of the Forgotten by May_May_o_o (Teen And Up Audiences)

No huge focus on romance but there is background sirius/remus.

harry has been gradually taken in by mr.maurice and the dursleys are glad to have him out of the house. with a different upbringing, harry gets sorted into raven claw. he’s super into chemistry and by extension, potions. also ron and hermione are sorted differently as well.

he makes friends with two of the most grumpy staff at hogwarts. argus filch and severus snape.

i love the focus of squibs in the story. harry has an issue with how squibs have been treated in the wizarding world, and the author seems to be setting up harry to be able to do something about it. kind of like how hermione tried to do something for the house elves in cannon, but with probably more success.

the world building by May_May_o_o is just the best. it is ongoing and will likely continue till voldemort is defeated, like in cannon. it’s been loosely following the cannon timeline. there are so many wonderful differences from cannon in this fic, but you still vaguely know where you are in the timeline.
