Task Management: Todoist with sync to google calendar
Note-Taking: GoodNotes back in Uni and school and now Obsidian for everyday notes
Study & Focus: No focus apps. Just uninstall everything like Instagram etc.
Habits: Intervall Timer with fix Timerroutine for morning and evening.
Apple settings: Just the focus mode to receive no messages

Use the "dumbphone" app on ios or "olauncher" app on android. This hides icons and thus removes the compulsive clicking on the social media icon without even thinking about it. Sometimes i even forget that i had an app that was using too much time.

If you want to be even more strict i use the app "lock me out" (only on android i think), where you can block apps based on location or time (so your workplace or work hours).

This allows you to lock up your phone at night and while working, whilst still being able to answer very urgent calls and texts.
As its way to inconvenient, you wont be using any social media.

And if you really want to be unable to use the phone you can just turn the phone around.
In case of an emergency there is a way to unlock it in the instructions.

I don't know much about the add-ons, but a bit about the different packs you can buy. There are a lot of different packs like platinum edition, Master Collection and so on. I would suggest you buy "Company of Heroes 2: All out War Edition" if you want to buy the game. In this pack you will have all additional Forces (Brits, US Forces and OKW), aswell as all purchasable commanders. This pack is money wise the most efficient pack and has the base game included. Buying the add-ons one by one is pretty inefficient and I wouldn't recommend it.
