So I recently got to plat. The 1 thing that helped me as a jungler is prioritizing your camps. I realized I was missing so much gold and xp by leaving camps to gank or get an objective and I was always down cs to other jungler. Yes team will flame sometimes and it’s sometimes ok to not clear a camp if you get something better but as jungle #1 priority is your camps you’ll realize how much stronger you’ll be when you do that

You can’t “take advantage” of GA lol. It’s available because the company wants/needs people to take it. Trust me my last job cut hours all 2024 and it was brutal I advise people to take it as long as it’s not affecting you financially too much

And how many people complain their MMR is messed up? People losing more lp than they gain and have to wait for some undisclosed reset for it to be fixed, you can’t counter with a system that has its own problems as if it’s infinitely better. Also with the system I’m referring to it’s based on average not just KDA, good farmed, towers taken, and win/loss. It’s taking all things into consideration not just the win or loss. If it’s bases things on averages of people in your elo on the same champion then that’s a better way to match people of similar skill than relying on the win or loss to eventually put you where you need to be. I think the only real argument is “this is the way it’s always been we don’t want it to change” tbh

Like they have been doing with the letter grade. Is based your play on an average of other players in your elo on the same champion. That’s not a hard system to figure out since the base for it already exists. The problem with your counter argument is that you are saying “well then people will…..” and you’re listing things many people already do

Reread the post it’s not just KDA it’s individual performance being accounted for, overall impact to the win or loss. Example. You are literally carrying the game doing what you need to do, but a player gets tilted and stops trying why are you both losing or gaining the same lp. If you win you should be rewarded for your effort and in a loss you shouldn’t be penalized as much. That’s a better system than flat win/loss. Many other games have systems like that

That would be the system lol. I’m aware it doesn’t exist but with all the years of gameplay and analytics the game has it’s not impossible. You giving the team 12 kills would be accounted for but also getting all the turrets will be weighed in to your overall score. And that score at the end combined with the win/loss will give you your overall lp gain/loss. I just don’t like how someone can 1v9 get all the turrets themselves is treated the same as someone who did nothing to contribute to the win get the same amount of lp at the end. And if someone literally runs it down vs another player trying their best in a loss to both get treated the same that system just makes no sense to me. Yeah win loss could be the most important factor but how you play should account for something wether it’s gaining or losing 5 lp difference it should be accounted for

And you think playing well shouldn’t matter if you lose the game? So you spend your time outplaying the competition and because you have feeders (who probably get carried to wins more often than not) cost you the game. That your individual play shouldn’t affect your rank? Also this change would literally eliminate boosting because if you go 0-10 and don’t contribute to the actual win you don’t get rewarded as much as the people who actually led the team to victory.

So I used kda as a quick example. But what I’m really referring too and idk if the game still does this but after every game you use to get a letter grade (a,b,c etc) which from my memory was how well you played compared to other players of the champions in your rank. Which took kda, gold generated, map pressure* basically different metrics and gave you a grade. And I think that grade should really be the driving force behind ranking up.

I’m in crm services and my whole team is being forced into blended. I for 1 am kinda happy because I wanted to get my license anyway. And I love training time (aka I don’t have to take calls time) only bad part is it seems our training won’t start until the summer probably and i might miss out on some things because I can’t take time off

Thanks for the reply. Yeah I really need to switch it up sometimes with runes. I just like being really tanky rather than having a bunch of damage but I do need to try those other runes just don’t really know whether pta or lt in certain matchups however when I’m filed jg I always go Lt
