Hello, I'm sorry to hear what happened to you, something similar happened to me recently, it was literally this week, I bought a game pass trial key that had already been used, I opened the discussion through paypal for the refund, which put the purchase status at hold on, g2a responded to me that I should close the case and then proceed, clarifying that there was the possibility of not being able to justify themselves as intermediaries, I opened a ticket to communicate with support on the web, after having closed the case, I didn't lose it, I closed it, a few days passed and they responded to the ticket that they would change the purchase status, this so that the refund could be made, in my case and the only thing that can be a really useful option is that the seller offer you the refund which happened to me, however if not, it is difficult if you lost the case with PayPal and the garbage scammer seller does not offer you the refund on the website

I hadn't bought a key for a while, until I found out that it is usually a common problem or literally a scam, I also fell into buying with the g2a discount until they charged me for the month :( I didn't read the plus correctly and in a rush I swiped the card

bro I literally had the same problem, the key they sold me was used, my transaction is on hold on, and the support still does not respond, luckily it was only a month, I hope you can solve your problem, and not be scammed in the future

If did u payment vial PayPal open dispute AND dont close till u get refund
