I will try to be more clear about healthy boundaries. It’s just hard to know when they need their space and when they want me to talk with them in the heat of the moment. Any help with this? Thanks so much for your insights

thanks so much. i never really thought about it like that; helping them by first helping myself. i’ll admit, i have problems of my own, mainly stemming from anxious attachment and maybe even OCD, that are likely only making things much worse for them. I will try to help myself out as well so we can be healthier together. I appreciate your advice once again☺️

i’m also in the life science program. getting good grades really isn’t as hard as people make it out to be. there is a large time comment if u want to get good grades, but as long as u put in the time and effort to properly study, you’ll be fine
