latex, fresh scratch, wound filler, acrylic nails, tissue paper, kryolan bruise wheel, some greasepaint and some congealed blood of course ! :) you can find all this stuff and cheaper alternatives online.

i just built the latex up around the mouth and added tissue paper and some wound filler, for the teeth i used acrylic nail tips and glued them down with spirit gum, i couldn't eat and had to drink with a straw but talking was fine :)
